I had the pleasure of interacting with Janine who helped organize my proposal at the lodge. Janine and her co-worker at the front desk went over and beyond their duty to welcome my fiancé and I. The Lodge is picturesque, safe and tranquil. I look forward to visiting again for their wine tasting event!

Rain Farm was just what the family needed after a hectic wedding for our son. We loved the relaxed atmosphere, the staff were super friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. I made use of the spa and the treatments were excellent. I recommend Rain farm for a relaxing breakaway anytime. We will be back.

Waking up to wildlife on your doorstop was amazing!! Place was neat and tidy! Staff were friendly and helpful! The views were spectacular and peaceful!! A definite place of interest and we will surely be back.

Best hidden place in KZN. Had an amazing stay, good service and friendly staffs. Highly recommend people to visit this place, tasty food, lovely environment and a peace of mind. What an amazing night away! Amazing accommodation in a Luxury tree top tent. Fillet was cooked perfectly for dinner, staff were all friendly and so accommodating. Esme on our game drive was patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent service all round.

Rain Farm Game and Lodge blew us away with their friendly and efficient service! Location and amenities are spectacular and the complimentary Game Drive as part of your accommodation package was the cherry on top! The highlight of our December road trip!!

We spent our honeymoon at Rain Farm and enjoyed every bit of it. From the Game Drive to the food, the romantic picnic and dinner, the relaxing massage as well as the rock pool. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the animals in our front yard as we got up every morning, and even though we were anxious about waking up to frogs in our bed (which didn’t happen) it just made everything about our stay more exciting. The customer service was excellent, from the ladies at reception, to the Game Ranger Nikus (NikNaks), the bar tenders, and Janine a wonderful host. We also enjoyed the Adventure Centre activities. We will most definitely be coming back to visit and highly recommend this place, even if it is just for a day visit.

The stay at rain farm was memorable and a very unique experience. The rooms were neat and staff was very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Well done and keep up the good work!

We booked a 1-night stay for my husband’s birthday and it was an unforgettable experience. The scenery, location, staff, food and accommodation were on point. The rock pool is set in the perfect location, we could have spent all day in there. We also managed to get stunning pictures on the early morning Game Drive which was so peaceful and comfortable. Have already recommended the place to all our friends and family. We will definitely be returning to this Paradise.

I enjoyed my stay at the lodge. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean spacious and beautiful. The scenery is great and is good for people who want to relax. The entire experience was amazing.

It was an absolute pleasure staying the night at Rain Farm. Our room was amazing, the staff absolutely amazing, from Janine who was such a great host to Esme who took us on our amazing Game Drive with excellent insight about the various animals that we saw along the way. Breakfast and dinner was a delight with such great ambience, and our massage was as relaxing as it was advertised. Overall I would give Rain Farm an 11/10 for excellent accommodation, staff, food, atmosphere and so much more! A beautiful place to visit. Will definitely visit again.

Clean, comfortable. Good food! Dams a winner for the men. Pool and play area for the children very good. Love the outside showers. Communication with booking direct with Rain Farm, without any issues! 5th time staying there.

Perfectly situated providing easy access with spectacular scenic views enroute and at the venue. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu. Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff. Check-out was quick and hassle-free. Thanks to our Game Ranger, Esme, for being well knowledge on the animals on the farm. Questions pertaining to the wildlife answered without any doubt. Her fun and welcoming demeanor made us feel comfortable not only on guiding us to our unit but also on the Game Drive. What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at the lodge. The staff were amazing, also they went over and above to make our special occasion absolutely memorable. We booked the spa and stay for 2 nights. It was value for money. The ladies at the spa did an outstanding job to make us comfortable and relaxed. The rooms are beautiful … equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was clean and comfortable. Overall if you are looking for a quick stay with your partner, this is your place. It is a cut off from the world.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the Falcon Unit. It was peaceful and a fun filled weekend with awesome views and pleasant staff. Will definitely be visiting there again. Doesn’t feel like you are in Durban although it’s not a hidden place.
