Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the booking. Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the full amount. Cancellations made 29  to 59 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the full amount, and 60 days or more will forfeit 10 % of the full amount.

 

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Rain Farm Game Lodge will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms of the establishment, as soon as we are able to do so

 

A 10% administration fee will be charged for any refunds.

 

Cancellations made after the booking has been confirmed prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the full amount.
